Basically the fox tried to trick the other guy by getting out of isolation and planning to catch his attention somehow. But it failed when his heat arose out of nowhere and ended up being pounded. In the end he asked the other guys brother why he didn’t stop him and he said “because nothing was deceitful.” Basically saying he knew about the situation but he also knew that they both loved each other.
