I think to them she might've been really beautiful because she had such different features then those they were used to seeing and so naturally they were going to stare..
True, you have a point. but this is something that happens in most manga, anime, and movies. where EVERYONE and their brother loves the heroine. lol
shes not even extraordinarily beautiful, just cute. and yet they are all crazed and want to rape her. even towards the end, two women HAVE to look at her boobs. lol
its a beautiful manga, but it would have benefited from less people loving the heroine.
