They're not sisters, Ji Ah sister name is Seah while the mistress Hoyeon. She is even married to someone else, besides Ji Ah saw the photo that Hyena took on the airport, so I guess she would recognized her own sister. More to that Minju is 12y older than Jiah which means she must be older then her sister, after all the incident has been 3y ago so lets say Seah is 3y+ older than Jiah, while mistress is around Minju age. Unless u want to tell me that Ji Ah sister is also part of revenge and just playing the mistress under fake name, but the husband still would recognized Seah.
