Help

So I've been looking for this yaoi manga where there are two twin brothers and they don't look like one looks more kinda like a delinquent and the other is afraid of him I think it was because he thought that he didn't like him, and the one that looks like a delinquent just wants to be close to his brother and the only he looks like that is too protect him. So anyway I don't remember much but I believe that the delinquent brother was being harassed by the guy he thought was after his brother, and when he kidnapped him be basically innocent brother came to the delinquent brother and they ended up doing it because the delinquent brother was drugged.
