Why don't you do something you used to like instead? Maybe take a walk if you can. Or maybe you could paint something or draw :) I always shake off my suicidalic thoughts by writing my feelings on a paper and then burning it. I try my best not to hurt myself! Maybe you can concentrate on something positive you like? Seeing my cat puts me in a happier mood no matter what happens!
