yes you can but it would be cooler to read FYL forst so that u can see more of Yuris person (even though the information in this manwha only is still enough)
The translators make a lot of footnotes referencing to FYL so it is readable to start with FOS. However, I definitely get more value from reading FYL first. If you do start FYL, just a heads up that the author likes to write a slow burn plot(FOS seems the same way), so a lot of readers tend to get bored at first. But once you get to that burning point, the story is so good (the author writes in a a very poetic manner).
