A lot of manhuas are currently on hiatus right now (the kor>eng translators who work on the official sites are on hiatus, not the raws) and I think whoever translated this didn't have the patience to wait for the official english translation to come out, meaning we have this "translation"
I'm going to wait for the official translation because trying to make sense of this translation is giving me a headache and the watermarks over the artwork sucks ass
