I thought about explaining it in the chapter but I gave up for some reason, sorry. Booya is an expression used in Korea for when people are surprised, happy, proud... It's more commonly used in a positive way though. So there's two possibilities actually, she could be using it as a "what the heck?" Or she's being ironic, like "ugh, I spilled my coffee, great!" LoL hope you could understand it now.
