If you're talking about the original Villainess, then yes. If you're talking about the current FL, then no.

Although he seems fickle (like those that only falls in love with women that doesn't have interest in them), I think it's nice that he likes her as herself (like, he fell for FL based on her personality itself and not her looks, otherwise he would have fallen for the original Villainess)
