Maybe platonic love?
Yeah that is a way too but lets say one side is not the touchy type but you have mutual feelings would you let them go because of this reason?
I got the feeing that she was trying to prove to herself that love isn’t ‘dirty’, since she was traumatized by her mother’s story. Physical relationship was the only way for her.
It really made me think with what she said at first chapter
"Show me love is something not dirty" line and man... Kissing, holding hands, hugging, sex... They are all important to build and keep a relationship but can't you love someone with out touching?
