My thoughts to. Im guessing Luca's wish was something along the line of:
"I wish for a second chance with my aunt, and to be loved for real".
Hence FL becomming the aunt. For all we know Fl in reality just remembered her past life and was the aunt all along. (Just a speculation tho).
Luca 100% used his wish to regress. He might have even brought our mc here.
