Even for me whose extroverted, he seems like he’s legitimately having a very hard time trying to overcome and speak out. But rn he can’t and that’s okay. He’s not all of a sudden going to become outspoken or even be able to speak for himself in high stress situations.
Yes exactly like imagine the author did that so suddenly, the plot will turn incomprehensible and like it’ll just create a confusion to the readers about his character that’s portrayed as shy and i secure due to him always being teased bcs of his feminine features, as if he was faking it all along.
So I really like the slow pace of this book and I’m sure he’ll get some gradual character development later on
Ppl who hate on Yeonwoo have never experienced what it’s like to have social anxiety and being shy, it’s not smt that you change in an instance.
