Asher will teleport and take Aria from the "crime" scene and they will start making alibis to prove her innocence. Asher will also find out about the hourglass if i remember correctly They will basically go to a different country and we will meet the Prince of that country. After that they come back to the estate and Aria pretends like she learned her father's accident at the trip and came back halfway from it. Afterwards there was bunch of trials and father gives testimony and tells the truth (he became bedridden after the accident).
