it was mentioned back in the earlier chapters. when Claude led a coup d'etat to be King, Felix was his right hand man and killed most of the former King's close aids and supporters. He was so brutal he became famous and all of Athy's friends were swooning over him. I think his "name" was the Knight of the Crimson Blood or somethin. Thats why the nobles were scared of Felix.
Also remember when Athy was in hiding and was teleporting from one place to another and she went to visit Felix and was planning to sneak up on him for a surprise attack but she ended up almost dying instead lol
