Eshahilde already dead during her third labor. The prince able to survive but not her. During her pregnancy, she also had same symptoms that happened to FL's sickness. Furthermore, there rumors said that Eshahilde had an affair. They kept went to flashback and to present without warning that's why people usually confuse.
I didnt even know that eshahilde is dead. I really thought shes pregnant and expecting. Then the next chapter they talking about she being dead(〜￣△￣)〜
