Just finished reading the novel. Though they did spend the night next to eo in the woods it was never specified if they actually slept together or just slept next to eo, same as here. It just has them laying on a blanket to look at the stars, then cuts to the next morning and Jin woo washing up at the river and wanting to go to a hotel for food and a proper shower.

Its definitely better than what happened the novel lmao. I hated what happened in the novel but this is redeemable. It gives me hope (≧∀≦)
