Yep he the only one being SUS AF and eyeing our baby in a malicious/Stalkery way. I'm pretty sure Ozae got close to him because he kinda looks like the ML (despite O's childhood memories being vague it could have been subconcious). I'm pretty sure that man did terrible things to O at the very least psychologically.
