is it okay to skip? are there any points that are canon in the manga but not in the anime?

Are you asking to skip chapters from 1 - 63 ?! then its perfectly fine to skip those, i dont think i remember anything which is in manga but not in anime,
cause JJk is one the best (if not the best) adaptation made into anime from manga,
for me its the best adapted anime(from manga) of all time.
