Normally that’s weird but this is written in a medieval time period so it’s normal for large age gaps and for females to marry young since they would also die young. Idk if that made sense but hope that helped. I’m not justifying pedophilia btw.

this is a fantasy story, so i'm kinda curious as to why they chose to preserve this one specific aspect of medieval culture. like we can have demons and giant ogres before we can have equal and not groomer-y relationships? ok
