Right? WE would not be able to go through that because we KNOW it's kinda cheating. But I think Changkyung still doesn't fully understand the concept of that which is supported by the fact that:
1. He's more focused on getting the money (which I think is for Mokhwa).
2. He only "feel" that something is wrong about this.

Ah for that tho, as an animal, it would be quite natural for them to dislike other males near their mate/partner. For this one, it seems what he lacks is a complete understanding of morals. In the end tho, he still feels uncomfortable or wrong about this so it's definitely progress. I just dislike how some poeple here are making it sound that he is only cheating.
