I confuse them a bit too don’t worry. The art is beautiful but it makes them have a lot of similar features that in some panels it’s just hard to tell them apart so it makes sense to confuse them a bit <3
Mostly with Nang Feng and Fu Yao, I just recognize them by their personality , the rest , so far , is easy for me to tell a part .

Is it just me? But all other characters except the general Ke mo and the 2 lead characters are the only ones who I can identify just by their appearance. The rest, they all look like each other hahahaha. I kept on getting confuse on who is who I hope there will be a character map that will remind us who they are hehehehe
