Idk why but I get really distracted and turned off from the story if I don’t like the art. Plus it felt like torture porn. Maybe I should give it another shot. At what point does it start really picking up?

Yes! It seems like torture porn, but I every time the kidnapper had flashbacks I got really curious and started to pick up why he was doing that. The climax starts at chapter 45!! And the intimate scene after that makes up for all the twisted shit they go through plss it's so beautiful

Yall don't know how much I love psychological/twisted/fucked up stories where both main characters end up together submitting to each other. "The beast mus die" joins "Warehouse", and "May belongs to me" as my favorite happy endings for a twisted story!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH REALLY
