I've read thru ch 14. I think Riku will get pregnant soon, since Keiki isn't using any contraception.
For those who want to get spoiled, Keiki's family is looking for the perfect Omega or the fated partner(that was Riku, I think) to create the perfect Alpha heir.
Riku, in his depressed self, taught he was just being used by Keiki. I'm not sure if the translation is accurate, but the scene led to argument and finally Riku confessed his feelings, Keiki's a bit shock, that again led to another CONSENSUAL sex.
All through that, Keiki's still keeping his mouth shut despite Riku's confession. Dunno what's going on in that handsome head of his.
