Just because things are “different” in Japan does not make it right. A 13 year old in America and a 13 year old in Japan are still 13 year olds who are not at an age where they are fully mentally mature enough to make these decisions. In fact, that’s basically grooming. It doesn’t really matter that the age of consent in Japan is 13 just because it’s legal doenst make it right.
