I think alot of that was just comedic shenanigans to foreshadow how great luck precedes something terrible. But yeah i was hoping for them to bond more. Now hes obsessed with a nice lady he knew for like a day. I guess her disappearing out of nowhere right in front of him would be pretty traumatizing for him.

I'm very sad that this happened right in chapter 3. There was no time to delve into the characters! And didn't explain anything !
The magician was in need of money (why?) And before the protagonist found the child she was earning everything she said ! She said that all that was left was to drop money from the sky and then spoke of a murderer (and that happened!?! Why?!) （/TДT)/
