I agree it's Asami speaking, not Aki, he's sleeping I think. I suppose he's surprised himself of how happy he can be. No?
It's definitely not Asami because in the Japanese raw, it's clearly Akihito's speech (his way of speaking how it would be in Japanese). Aki is talking in his sleep and Asami's just listening to him (hence his mouth is not moving).
