I’m sorry but the “oh she dead” and “oh no she not dead” had me cackling
I agree with everything you said tho. I was expecting more drama after the decapitation. MC seems super calm after just getting her head cut off.
The pacing seems messy and rushed tbh, like the artist just wants to go from one scene to another. Like bam she kidnapped bam she ded bam she home bam she in front of hot af king.
Also, i thought i was the only one who thought she looked constipated the entire time lol
Yeah like I wanna see her head roll to his legs as he kills all the enemies in blood thirst then hold her head to her body and look at what he did. Realization that she dead slowly sets in a tear is shed and BOOM magicalky his tears help her awaken some of her powers and she alive now. Not like bam of with her head then she magically turns alive in one scene. It was super rushed and we saw no character development in neather of the two. The bitch just got her head chopped of and she fine, no fear of death and despair setting in that she could have been unalive now. No curiosity of why she is alive, just let's get some tea and look like she's holding in a shit.

I don't like how the whole off with her head thing went. Like I would have liked it to be a bit longer not just 'oh she dead' then like 'oh no she not dead'. Like I would have liked to see a bit of despair for Arsene like this woman I though was a tool and has warmed her way into my heart died cuz of me, like let us seeee internal termoil and a bit of character development before she necromances her way back into life. Like let me seeee him feel defeated, like he failed in saving her cuz he expected her to be alive and well and saved but no she ded. Maybe thd pacing in the novel is better (if it's there). And why she always look constipated every panel?
