Not necessarily a lot goes into it some people actually get lucky. I have a friend who was a product of incest & her parents had 6 kids and they're all fine.... idk it's weird but a kid coming out healthy is possible.
Its possible but its rear, but think ab that this is not first generation of incest, i mean their parens probably were sibling too, or at least one of them(dukes or his sister) were, if its so common then probably its not first generation of incest kids, so theirs genes fucked up for 100%
