I may be wrong but from one side princess wants to get rid of her because she’s a fake scholar and the risk of getting found out might be greater than whatever the reputation the books would give. So she wants to kill her and cover it, but on the other hand the prince is also getting better thanks to her influence and she’s worried about his reaction if she proceeded, so sending her far away and letting her live is probably the compromise she arrived at.

So let's get this straight.. Hoya is telling Angela to either join the expedition alone via the supply wagon/ship or cut off all ties and live far away in a house belonging to the Espelindos? But why? The former one especially doesn't make sense to me.. Is Hoya planning something by sending Angela to Vesstia and using her as the "Vesstian scholar"? Has Angela lost her worth as an author in Hoya's eyes? That's why she's giving her a chance to take another mission or leave it?
