Tru but u also have to take acc that a lot of trends during that type of era were also set by women in high class. And also the queen has the ideology and mindset of a modern women and was already far ahead of her time. I think while it may feel fast paced, the queen whenever they wear something it will always become a trend. Just like wedding dresses. The white wedding dress wasn’t a thing until sum Noble or was she a queen I don’t remember decided to wear a white dress during her wedding (to show off how wealthy she is cuz no commoner can wear pure white) but it ended up becoming a tradition. That’s just my take on it tho c:
That's true I didn't think about that. It is true that whoever is in power usually set the trends but it still feels a bit bizarre to show pants right now when the noble women haven't even started to change their style of dress. But I guess I'm asking too much for a comic ╮(￣▽￣)╭

When I think about it, I think yuri is introducing these modern clothing way to fast. It took a long time for women to start even considering wearing pants and as it is right now, most women are wearing long, large, ruffled, and extravagant dresses. She just shown the queen in some pretty 'extreme' clothes to the people which they took really well given the time period but I think the queen shouldn't be wearing pants yet. Not to say she shouldn't, the outfit was awesome and the queen rocked it, it's just that it feels like last week when she wore a slim phoenix-like dress and people don't really like fast change. I think yuri should slowly start introducing this type of wear or at least but the queen in pants at a later time.
