nah, he clearly told jooin that it took him a lot of time to realize his own feelings, if what he was feeling it was only loyalty or love, I think cain clearly fell in love with jooin NOW, it's not like he suddenly decided that he wanted to be with him in a special way (like boyfriends you get me?) because he was his master in his past life, it was because of the time they've been spending together... he fell for THIS jooin. so I think he loves him for real.
but once again, everyone thinks differently and perceives love in a different way (:

I think Cain only wants to be with jooin because he was his ‘ Master ‘ in his past life and he thinks they’re supposed to be together or he loves the jooin from that time but it shouldn’t be that way….. if the only reason you like him was because of your past life then do you love the Jooin from them or the Jooin now. But honestly, he needs to find love somewhere else, a new and exciting love
