Yeah I’m pretty sure he is involved (directly or indirectly) in the accident that killed Chiwoo’s parents. And if that’s confirmed later I really hope the author doesn’t make Chiwoo end up with Hwan anyway because it would be fucked up… Even without the accident of chiwoo’s parents, Hwan is extra toxic…
