I had the same thoughts! Like I'm pretty sure purple said he was a part of Hwan? I'm thinking Purple was the sweet/thoughtful/kind part and once he's combined w Hwan then Hwan will act right and not all creepy/obsessed.

idk why i have a feeling that the purple guy is a part of hwan? and the endgame is the purple guy realising he's a part of hwan and just become one with original body again and they'll love happily again idk just a feeling
