Theres a white flag on the left corner you can click it and report a chapter
If you go to the manga's info page you'll see a flag icon/button on the left side of the page, click then check the reason for reporting
Yeah its annoying it just happend in the manga megumi to tsugumi lol like they deleted the fully translated chapter then inserted their bad quality ones
