My guess is that since the father hates the Lombardy family the twins probably followed suit to completely ignore her considering she was a Lombardy but a 'lesser than' Lombardy because of her mum not being a noble
It may be because they didn’t find her interesting at that time and later in life they probably got influenced by their father or something since their dad doesn’t like the family… idk but pretty sure as kids they just didn’t find it interesting to pay attention to her (which makes sense cuz the twins seem to especially like interesting things mostly in the beginning when they first remeet)… BUT I STILL LOVE THE TWINS CUZ THEY CUTEEEEE
