It’s not toxic at all, he’s in love so much and he is carrying so much anxiety thinking his lover is going to leave him. Gio has been through a lot of abandonment and the first sign of warmth he got from felix is making his not let go. It’s not toxic because felix accepts that and loves him despite that. Good day

I’m a psychology student too!! But I still disagree as his not showing any toxic signs except being scared of his loved one leaving him. This haven’t gotten toxic I believe because I don’t see any controlling, manipulation, disrespect which are the basis of toxicity. So I do disagree
