the reason spoon changed the story was bc way back when the series first began, spoon and plutus got a copyright claim i think?? (i don't remember exactly what it was but it was along those lines) from the author/creator of "daughter of the emperor" bc their story lines were very similar. that was also one of the reasons why BOTH plutus (author of the novel) and spoon decided to go a different route in the manhwa. i don't think it was 'favoritism' like you are saying, they just wanted a different story line. also if you're talking abt her liking jeanette, who cares she along w plutus have the rights to the story. they can do what they want with the characters/story regardless of what people say. you don't have to read it if you think it's being dragged out ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Before y’all judge me as a ‘illegal reader’ so I’m not allowed to say anything, I bought this series in kkpage which I dont do often unless I really want to support the author. I mean my money has limit so I cant support all and every.
For me, spoon really ruined this novel with her favoritism and her dragging the story. She wins in her art and that’s it.
