YES SHE DID SAVE HIM AND ACCORDING TO THE SPOILER IT WAS SUCH A HEART WRENCHING SCENE. Because Judith literally sacrificed herself to the last minute until ML came to her and then she kept asking if she was able to save the prince, if she was really able to change and the prince appeared before her and thanked her for saving his life. Out of relief she had fainted due to exhaustion as well.
