BRUH.. Did you guys not understand?! Yes! They ended up together! That was just a special on how ma-kun and that other guy broke up. And how ma-kun was able to meet Hitoshi. Ma-kun ran away from the other guy and met Hitoshi then fell in love... Even I understood that after I first read it. FYI...
