The aunt had stolen it from feng a long time ago when she thought the sperm was her nephews- little did she know it was actually yi’s that was switched out for feng’s (hence rourou). So all this time feng has been keeping yi’s sperm but yeah he lost it like he mentioned before and now it has been born- that’s how she got a hold of his child ;;
