I knew that I have labelled this as reading and put tags properly but I was shocked to see that it had no labels, tags so I didn't saw it on my notif too

Hey, I'm sure I read those chapters as soon as they got out, but I didn't received a notification about the new update and it doesn't have any stars (and I always put some stars, just to make sure I've really read it).
This is not the first time this happens, when I want to re-read an old story it's listed like I've never read it before.
Os this happening with anybody else or is just me? .________.
