Yes it the demon placed into her womb , but not taking her egg . When he and Annete born as i remember he is pitchblack (his true form) but then take Annete appreance (cus ppl known them as twin) . I think the things that annet mom bring is it part of body . One body part mean 1 wish or sum.

Not taking her egg? How did you know that?! I read the Ch. 32 onwards and there's no statement saying that John placed into her womb. Also the Duchess said "I gave birth to a devil". He is not a pitch black, he looks like a baby black dragon with a devil horn.
The mother didn't bring any part of the body. Inside of those coffin is the body part of the devil if I remember when Anette open the last coffin she saw a wing. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
