just like you said it is very complicated. a part of me agrees that it makes more sense to start a relationship when they have both settled. this is somehow asian logic i guess, i remember lots of anime boys telling the female leads to wait for them etc etc. but irl isnt it better to "grow together"? i dont know how to express it but some BL comics depict this very well. they start dating from high-school and date for years, maybe because the target audience are women and women dont like that "waiting" logic. just wanted to rant...

True. But realistically, don't romantic relationships that start out in high school rarely make it through adulthood anyway? It was inevitable that they were gonna break up.Maybe. But yeah, I agree with everyone that Susie took the coward's way out. She was playing it too safe. Wanted to tell her to suck it up when she was bawling her eyes out when she saw that Sora got a boyfriend LMAO
Damn this is so complicated. On one hand, maybe it's better to start a relationship where they're older and more mature but on the other hand, Susie didn't want to date Sora then because she's afraid she'll lose her but she lost Sora anyway. It's a mistake on Susie's part that cost them a lot of time. ╥﹏╥
