I'm not sure what is it that is there to complain about. The hair is beautiful, the artist changes their appearance carefully, all thevmuscles are properly shaded and Lucia is so adorable! If I had an issue with the art style, it's how their mouths turn white when they open them or that the ml's neck is really thick, but none of that is really worth this kind of reaction.
i personally loved the artstyle when it was at the start, although the males' hairstyles were sorta messy. Recently, its changed... im a very visual person so it bothers me especially since the older artystyle was so... mesmerizing to me. The artist is trying their best tho! (Of course it literally could just be the same artist and i am embarrassing myself rn)
Maybe your standards of art is different? If you’ve seen other webtoons and compare the art, you can definitely see the difference. Let’s not kid ourselves and say that this is a nice art. Maybe for you, yes.
