The first time he went to the grey haired one just because he was on a date with the seme BUT the woman was the first to enter his room. the woman who is his ex.
And after that Wonwoo is just distancing himself because he doesn't want to get hurt. As you can read, he was already a fan of the seme. He has his posters in his room since the very start of the manhwa.. and the other grey haired guy is their junior from school! And on top of that, Wonwoo doesn't know he has feelings for him NOR DOES HE KNOW that the seme has feelings for him as well..
The seme never tried to explain himself he just did if after everything was already cleared in the media.
But that was already enough time for Wonwoo to see that there is actually nothing between them except for sex.
