Wait, Isn't Leana came from the original world while Mia is a "character" in a book where in a plot, she was transported to another world and Leana reincarnated to that book?. They do live in a same country but I'm certain that Mia does not exist in Leana's world.
I don't think it has been said if they come from the same world or not. But it does seem similar. Mia has been trasported but she doesn't seem to know of the book. Leana was reincarnated and she has memories from her past life in what looked like a similar world that Mia is from, but she remembers reading the book. So either their are two worlds that the story is drawing people from. Or they are from the same world, maybe even the same country, but Mia just hasn't read the book.
Also. Leana hasnt told anyone about the ut her reincarnation.
