No cause like I’ve read the deleted chapters 41-43 already and its about her getting killed, then at chapter 44 it just went poof wow were back in the time wherein Cosette just entered the house after Keira’s reincarnation again, and there was nothing indicating wether it was a flashback of her past or the present thats why I’m so confused
Yes there was. Literally at the start of chapter 41 it stated it was a flashback.

It’s obviously a flashback tho what..? And you can tell when the flashback ended because the lady died and there was this one scene with the ml saying that he loved her or sum’
