yep yep plus uploader is a minor... if anything, they're publicizing a minor's personal information without consent....
that too...she has no case. yd is out of their minds and should put that energy into thei webtoon instead of harassing uploaders here vv
to the uploader who got threatened by yd and to anyone else who uploads, NO THEY CAN'T SUE YOU. even if they had some 'evidence' that you were the person who uploaded it. the laws are different in sk and to that overseas and i'm sure this author doesn't have the money to hire a legal team outside the country to yours. it's already hard enough to sue people of defamation/etc. in korea and at most they only give fines they have to pay. nothing will happen to individual uploaders, the only people who would have to worry are the site itself.
