Try thinking of it this way. They don’t actually love each other or have feelings, they just make babies for the bloodline, but marry their actual lovers.. i guess that’s better lol also the guy is Gay so I doubt there’s attraction. I also HATE incest it’s so cringe & unnecessary.

well there's never been a brother and sister in any part on history but there has been cousins and second cousins
the other brother is in love with the sister
