Am I the only who got lost? What happened?

So literally the boss mc ate too much and behaved like he would be drunk bc of that the mc was searching for the room card of the boss mc. While doing this he touched bosses mc leg. Boss mc thought he was doing gay stuff so he somehow figured out hes gay after that the mc avoided boss mc which didn't like that so he confronted him
